Dear Customers and Partners,
Due to recent events surrounding the current COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to reassure you that we are still operating business as much as possible, including site visits from our team.
As this crisis is developing daily, we are closely monitoring current government guidelines and advice given from the World Health Organisation. Should the situation escalate we shall immediately review our current plans. We have taken the situation very seriously here at D Lewis Construction and have put measurements in place to reduce the amount of staff that we have in our office by allowing staff to work from home where practical. Our main concern is the health and wellbeing of both our staff and customers, and we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to protect our staff members and still provide customers with the necessary service that is required.
The following precautions have been implemented:
- Non Essential contact – Site staff will no longer request the customer to sign for work completed. Instead they will ask for your details and enter these themselves on our systems
- Antibacterial wipes are available to all our staff
- Sales staff are working from their respective home offices
We are working with our suppliers and partners to maintain supply of product and have increased stock levels where possible to reduce the disruption to supply as this situation develops.
These are unprecedented times that are amongst us, but rest assure that we are doing everything possible to keep the business running as usual and continuing to provide customers with the support that they need.
